The chosen candidate must be flexible with shift hours and be willing to work as needed to achieve objectives.Essential Functions:Responsible for maintaining high standards of operational activities, ensures that the quality management system procedures are implemented throughout functional groups, and focuses on productivity, quality and safety requirements in accordance with real company needs based on customer requirements. Promote company-wide improvement, evaluation, and development of operational control in the following areas: financial, quality, reliability, and safety Responsible for implementation and maintenance of operations procedures, reporting on the performance and initiating improvements for operations Serve as a liaison with external parties on matters relating to procurement of service Physical Requirements: Ability to work in office/plant environment as necessary Ability to lift product as deemed necessary Ability to bend, stoop, and twist as needed Education and/or Experience Requirements: 10 years experience in comprehensive supply chain management, including 7 years experience in management of warehousing within distributions logistics Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Problem-solving techniques and statistical analysis New Breed offers competitive compensation and benefits.
