The Production Coordinator manages all phases of the golf ball manufacturing process for a 12 hour rotating shift. This includes safety, quality, process improvement, lean manufacturing, cost containment and employee development. Shifts consist of 20 – 30 people in various positions including rubber mixing, extrusion, curing, maintenance, quality control, packing and injection molding.
