Advance your career at Liberty Mutual - A Fortune 100 Company!   Join the the Personal Markets Distribution Strategy, Planning, & Analysis team as a Project Leader that will manage initiatives that drive and facilitate efficient new business marketing decisions.  This role will report to the Director of Planning and Analysis and will support building a structure and supporting analysis to identify and evaluate the most effective marketing levers.  This includes analyzing new business growth strategies, conducting cost benefit analyses, operationalizing processes to drive effective spend decisions, creating tools to evaluate marketing decisions, and providing back end capabilities to measure results.  This person will coordinate with various stakeholders to drive strategic growth and spend decisions.    Responsibilities: Evaluate marketing spend options across various channels and departments Create a structure to analyze and facilitate effective spend decisions Operationalize process to make effective marketing decisions Build and maintain tools and reports that facilitate and measure marketing choices Create methods to attribute marketing options to new business results Provide monthly marketing spend analysis to Senior Management Conduct research and ad-hoc analysis to support operational goals
